Forty-five patients in the control group In the oral treatment group, 45 patients in the experimental group were treated with trimebutine maleate on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect and drug-related adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups after drug treatment.

Results: The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the clinical treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. The incidence of drug-related adverse reactions in the two groups. There was no significant difference(P> 0.05).
