Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis with Trimebutine Maleate and Omeprazole in 56 Cases

To investigate the clinical effect of trimebutine maleate combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.

Methods: 110 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected from October 2007 to October 2009, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 56 cases in the observation group and 55 cases in the control group. The use of the first posture, smoking and alcoholics who quit smoking and drinking, given low-fat low-sugar diet, patients to avoid satiation. Control group of patients given omeprazole 20mg, morning intake in the control group based on the administration trimebutine maleate 200mg, 3 times / d, 30min before meals taking the above two groups of patients were treated for 6 weeks after treatment endoscopy.

Results: The total effective rate of the two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05.

Conclusion: Trimebutine maleate combined with omeprazole can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with reflux esophagitis, clinical treatment is remarkable, worthy of clinical reference.
